‘Tis the season to be…so busy there’s no time to update this blog as much as I really would like to. Still, here’s a potted summary of all things Anna Evans:
The Editor: Barefoot Muse is up and garnering compliments; Raintown Review is in pre-production; Up & Under is still reading. I had to resign from the 14 by 14 panel because something had to give! It’s been fun working on their first seven issues and I wish them all the best in the future.
The Poet: My Body, Torn from Me got an Honorable Mention in the Steel Toe Manuscript Open Reading Period. Bittersweet sigh! I have new poems up at Literary Bohemian, and an old one (new to the web) at 14 By 14.
Gymnastics Mom: In the Final Level 7 Sectional Becky excelled herself, winning the All Around with 37.25–
- Vault: 9.1 (3rd)
- Bars: 9.55! (1st)
- Beam: 9.2 (1st)
- Floor: 9.4 (1st)
Roll on State Championships in January and thence to Level 8!
Santa: is not quite done, but the UK stuff is all gone, the Xmas cards are written, and most of the presents are bought (but not wrapped) etc. etc.
Ho ho ho! And a Merry Christmas to every one!
